MW84 Series(350 Type) Lifting Electromagnet

It is suitable for being used in medium & thick plate mill, shipyard machine making factories etc., the operation of 1 sheet or a certain pc of steel has the characteristics of portable and low power consumption.

According to the customer's requirements, it is possible to make special design of high-temperature type product to handle steel plates below 650 degrees.

MW04 Series

Small round electromagnet is suitable for lifting and transporting single sheet of thin plate, long plate.

Suitable for transporting and arrangement of pressure process of thin plate and tin making.

It can handle 1 pc of plate at a time and do subsidiary transportin for the cutting machine and welding operation.

It can do feeding operation for all kinds of machines, such as caster.

It can be used as magnetic tongs, magnetic hands on mechanical equipments, which can attract tiny articles.

When model selection, please pay attention to the plate thickness, width, length and weight, if the plate specifications are too many, please learn the max and min datas in order to make the optimum selection of magnet model and quantity and control panel.
